STUDENT AGREEMENT

My promise to you:

  • To be affordable without compromising on the quality of your training.

  • To be friendly, informative and patient to assist you though your training.

  • To be there for you post training to answer any questions you might have.

  • To give you informative training manuals where possible to refer back to.

  • Deal with difficulties promptly and fairly.

  • Operate an equal opportunities policy.

  • Keep all your data confidential and not pass this on to third party companies without your prior written agreement.

  • Knowledge that you can gain will help with insurance once qualified.

 

Your promise to me:

  • That you have checked and meet all the pre-requisites for your chosen course.

  • You have checked your insurance will cover you for the treatments intended after the course.

  • If you are paying a 50% deposit for your course, you ensure the final payment is made 2 weeks before the practical part of the course.

  • Undertake sufficient private study prior to attending your course, where this forms part of your training.

  • Treat myself and models with courtesy and respect, we have a zero tolerance on rudeness or discrimination.

  • Remain respectful during the training to your tutor and other delegates.

  • Follow all the relevant health and safety provided to you during your training for your own safety.

  • Not to attend the course under the influence of drugs or alcohol.

  • Understand that I may not be able to reply to messages immediately due to training or being with clients. 

  • Not to re-sell, photocopy or copy in part any section of the training material or other information belonging to Eco Skin Academy without prior written request.

  • Not to disparage or damage our reputation via the internet, press or any other way. Should you be dissatisfied with any element of your training, please contact me first to allow me the opportunity to rectify your issues. Your confidence in our training is important to me.

PAYMENT

When making your booking, the date is not secured until a deposit or the full amount is paid.

 

If you are booking your practical session in less than 2 weeks you will receive an invoice for the full amount. If it is more than 2 weeks you will receive 2 invoices, 50% to be paid to secure the date and get your theory log in details and the other 50% to be paid 2 weeks before the date of your practical session.

CANCELLATIONS

The deposit is non-refundable once the home study material has been sent to you.

Your practical session can be moved to another date if more then 2 weeks notice is given. If less than 2 weeks is given there may be charge for changing the date due to having to rearrange models for that day.
